The development of Iles formula would ultimately from start to finish take three years.

It was from those who requested that she looked after them personally that also had encouraged her to develop her secret weapon.

Combing the conditioner and formula through helps with shut down of the cuticle and this is why you will find a gorgeous comb in her signature box set.
Wendy has since added to her range with a treatment mask, a microfiber hair turban and an exciting new product in development.

Cutters Lounge has been a selected stockist of Iles Formula for well over a year, so it was with great Privilege and delight that Wendy was to visit us in Hawthorn for lunch.
With this came great insight into the development of one of the greatest bespoke product lines in the industry to date.

Wendy Iles, a celebrity A-list stylist, a celebrity in her own right, Girl Boss, Entrepreneur, Mentor, Product developer, Mother, Wife.
Born in Tasmania, Wendy left her hometown in search of further professional development, a dream that manifested into reality.
A Tassie girl in Paris, a place Wendy now calls home, some 27 years later her feet are well and truly Parisian.
To build a portfolio like Wendy’s does not come with luck, but from shear Grit and an abundance of Grace.
With her innovative designs and creative interpretations it is no wonder that she remains a prominent leader in her field.

Ultimately her Iles formula would be one of the reasons that would make her the most sought after stylist for A-list Celebrities and for good reason. Not only was she referred by Hollywood celebs as a master at her craft, but also synonymous with the integrity she maintained.
Her hectic schedule would have her travelling on four international flights a week, with a 7 am call to studio, 14 hour set days doing editorial work.
Adding to her long list of achievements, she has published a gorgeous coffee table book showcasing her talent named ARCHIVE.
